“ Everyone at this location is beyond accommodating and kind. The store is clean and organized. The coffee and food is fresh. I have recently relocated to this side of town and I go to Casey’s every morning for a coffee because of their generosity and appreciation for their customers that walk through the door. If I had names in specific, I would list them. What I can say, is EVERY employee there is outgoing and hospitable. I am beyond thankful for their kindness every day, that starts my morning off the right way. Blessings to each of them. x - H ”
“ My experience with Casey's pizza orders has generally been positive, characterized by fresh and delicious pizzas. However, my most recent order was disappointing, not due to Casey's but rather due to issues with their partner, DoorDash. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver left our pizza on the first floor near the mailboxes without informing us. As a result, the pizza became cold and unappetizing. Given that I paid 30 for the order and provided a tip to the driver in advance, I had expected the pizza to be delivered directly to my door. Despite this unfortunate experience, I would like to commend the manager at Casey's for his efforts. He acted diligently to rectify the situation by successfully securing a refund from DoorDash, demonstrating a commendable commitment to customer service, even in the face of a challenging interaction with a dissatisfied customer. Overall, while I appreciate Casey's dedication to quality, I believe they could further enhance their reputation by reconsidering their partnership with DoorDash to prevent similar issues in the future. “ Usually friendly staff, I love their car wash!! Stop inside and get a free dash-cloth before you get your car washed to dust off your dash. OK prices on gas but worth it if you get a car wash and a discount on the gas. ”
